One-to-One Breast Cancer Support

Personalised support for the everyday realities of breast cancer recovery

Sometimes a community is exactly what you need. Other times, you want personalised support that is tailored to your unique situation.

Whether you are in active treatment, recovering after surgery, managing fatigue, rebuilding confidence, or trying to make sense of conflicting information, one-to-one support gives you space to focus on what matters most to you.

What we might work on together?

Together, we may explore:

✓ Food, nutrition and nourishing your body

✓ Fatigue, energy and recovery

✓ Movement and rebuilding confidence in your body

✓ Emotional wellbeing and feeling more supported

✓ Understanding treatment side effects

✓ Lifestyle factors that support long-term wellbeing

✓ Making sense of information and creating a practical plan

✓ Accountability and ongoing support

Who might this be for?

This support may be a good fit if:

  • You'd like more personalised support than a community can provide

  • You're feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information

  • You want guidance tailored to your circumstances

  • You're looking for practical next steps, not just more information

  • You want support putting the information into action

  • You are looking for support with nutrition, movement, fatigue, emotional wellbeing or recovery planning

How I work

My approach is grounded in current research, survivorship care principles and professional experience supporting women through breast cancer. I bring together nutrition, movement, a naturopathic lens and gentle emotional support in a way that feels thoughtful, realistic and evidence-informed.

My goal is not simply to give you more information, but to help you turn information into practical, manageable steps that fit real life. There is no expectation of perfection, no complicated protocols, and no pressure to do everything “right.”

Instead, the focus is on helping you feel more informed, more supported and more confident in how you care for yourself during treatment and recovery.

Working Alongside Your Medical Team

Your oncologist, surgeon, breast care nurse and GP remain the experts in your medical care. My role is always to complement that care, not replace it. I do not diagnose breast cancer, treat the disease itself, or change your medical treatment plan.

I pay attention to the parts of recovery that often do not fit neatly into a standard medical appointment: food, fatigue, movement, sleep, confidence, emotional wellbeing and day-to-day recovery.

Whenever important decisions need to be made about treatment, medications, supplements or new and changing symptoms, those conversations belong with your healthcare team. My role is to support you in the spaces between appointments and help you feel more prepared for those conversations.

My Promise

I will always do my best to provide information that is thoughtful, balanced, and evidence‑informed.

I will always respect the role of your medical team and encourage you to seek appropriate medical advice when it is needed.

I will always work to create a community where you feel safe, supported and understood, because recovery is not something you should have to figure out alone.

Practical Note

Consultations are available face-to-face in Dongara, WA, or via telehealth anywhere in Australia. Private health fund rebates may be available for in-person consultations, depending on your level of cover.
